When will I get my pattern?

The pattern is available for download immediately upon receipt of the payment.  

Where is my download link?

The download link is in an email sent directly to the email address you used to purchase the pattern. The sender will be 'SendOwl'. 

How can I recover my download link?

How do I access my account to download my patterns?

My test square didn't print to scale. What to do?

Usually this only happens when the pattern was printed using a program other than Adobe Reader. Just install Adobe Reader (free) and try again.

I would like to sell items I made using your patterns. Do I need a license?

No license is required. (This excludes mass-production, which is prohibited) I love small business and would love for you to carry items made from my patterns! 

Can I share the PDF pattern?

Sharing is not allowed. Each PDF must be purchased individually and cannot be transferred to another person.  

Do the pattern pieces include seam allowances?

Yes, they do. They are listed in the individual pattern instructions as well as on the pattern pieces.  

What is the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of the PDF sewing patterns, a refund is not possible. However, please contact me so that we can work out a great solution to whatever the situation is.
