Suitable fabrics include swim knit, nylon spandex, athletic knits, cotton lycra, performance jersey, and other four-way stretch fabrics. For swimwear, choose fabrics specifically designed for water use. For dancewear, pajamas, underwear, and everyday activewear, cotton lycra and similar knit fabrics are excellent choices.
